UNIQUE Hydraulic Press are used in INDIAN Railways for applications like mounting and dismounting guide rod sphere blocks and TM support arm sphere blocks of WAG-9 locos, Removing and fitting of rocker arm bush, Pressing the MEMU/DMC Boogie Bolster Helical Spring , Removal and insertion sof rubber joints in FIAT bogie of LHB coaches, Pressing and removing of Valve guide of WDM2 / WDP4 locos, Assembly and disassembly of secondary spring of FIAT bogie, Pressing of secondary spring of ICF coaches, Pressing of primary spring of LHB coaches, Mounting and dismounting of anti- roll bar assembly,Hydraulic press for shock absorbers for removing flange, cover and dovel pins, Fitting and removing of rubber bush with center pivot block of G7 locos, hydraulic pressing of buffer springs
- UNIQUE Hydraulic Presses are robustly constructed using high quality MS channels / plates
- The Hydraulic Cylinder is hard chrome plated and available in various pressures varying from 200 bar to 700 bar
- Hydraulic Cylinder is available in Single or double acting as required
- Hydraulic Press for ALCO locomotives
- The seals used in UNIQUE Hydraulic Jacks / Cylinders are of bronze filled PTEE type
- Both H-type and C-type presses are available as per various applications and requirements
- Hand Operated or AC power options are available
- In case of AC powered hydraulic press the motor is IP 55 protected / ISI marked and CE certified
- Extensions pieces for hydraulic cylinders are available on request
- Wheel mounted hydraulic presses are available
